Dear HR VY,

We need to close this thread. Kindly redo your FOI request via the portal correctly. Indicating your full name and your affiliation as "Academe" Fill out the required fields and upload a valid government photo-issued ID (Student ID) in your case via the portal. 

Your request is subject to evaluation by the Department of Foreign Affairs. The authorities will determine the approval or denial of your request. 

Should your request be accepted, the DFA will be the one to determine the manner of its release for security reasons.
