1. The status of the preparation of Devolution Transition Plans pursuant to EO 138, 2021. 
2. A copy of the Devolution Transition Plan that the Department submitted to the Committee for Devolution.

You asked for the DFA’s status of preparation of Devolution Transition Plan pursuant to EO 138, 2021.

Response to Your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be advised that the government entities covered by E.O. No. 138 s. 2021 are the Local Government Units and Departments/Agencies/Instrumentalities whose functions are in line with the devolved functions of the LGUs under Section 17 of R.A. No. 7160 and other pertinent laws. Some of these functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Health services, Agricultural Services, Local Infrastructure Services, Natural Resource Management Services, Social Welfare Services and Tourism Services.
