Hi I would like to seek an information regarding the non refundable condition of passport appointment and where I could file a complaint. 


Lastly I would like to ask if there is a law that prevent me to refund my payment to the government agency?

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, the passport processing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
