Dear Mr. Noche,

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) regrets to inform you that it cannot grant your request for a copy of the Codified Visa Rules and Regulations (CVRR) of 2002. Pursuant to existing rules and regulations on matters concerning national security, to preserve government relations, the CVRR cannot be disclosed to the public due to the sensitivity of information contained therein.

Your right to request a review
