      I John Fred Conda 32 years old from Apalit Pampanga. I’m a former ofw,I would like to request to your good office to give a urgent appointment for passport renewal. I have upcoming employers interview this coming 2nd week of july.. please grant my request it would be great if I could have the appointment as early as possible.. thank you and I hope to hear from you in the nearest future..
