Hi, I would like to request for historical data related to OAV with the following information.

1) Global statistics on election years 2004, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2022 if available, with data on
(a) estimated number of eligible overseas voters
(b) actual registered overseas voters
(c) overseas voter turnout

2) Breakdown per country of above information if available; if not, specifically for Taiwan and Japan.
