Hi, i would like to request copies of the contracts of loan Ph has with China from 2016 to present. 

These copies will be the subject of my thesis' qualitative analysis

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Your request pertains to loan and infrastructure agreements. Memorandum Circular No. 16, series of 2017, directs all departments to coordinate with the Department of Finance (DOF) on matters pertaining to loans, grants and guarantees.

Upon further evaluation of your request, bearing in mind that the DOF is the repository of all loan agreements, permission to access the subject loan agreement must, therefore, be obtained from the DOF.
