Good day!

I am writing this to formally request for an urgent passport, as part of my requirements for my admission to Taiwan late this year or early next year. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) had already issued my passport last December 16, 2019, however, due to the fire incident that happened last August 16, 2021, in Subangdaku Riverside, A Mandaue City, it was one of the lost documents I had.
