I would like to kindly request a refund for my passport renewal fee secured on October 03, 2023 as I entered the wrong website securing appointment for passport renewal as per advised by DFA Off-Site in Starmill San Fernando Pampanga. My appointment code is 00272023110900309 and date on November 9, 2023, Julius Zeasar F. Nacu. Thank you

Response to your request

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. 

As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment. 

You may wish to contact the Office of Consular Affairs for more information at (02) 8-836-7745 or (02) 8-836-7747 or via oca.passport@dfa.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to opcd.div2@dfa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
