Good day! My name is Angello Evangelista and I am a freshman Foreign Service student at the Philippine Women's University in Manila. I would like to respectfully request for a copy of the DFA Strategic Plan 2017-2022. If the said document is not available in its entirety, may I ask for a few parts or pages related only to Public Diplomacy or Cultural Diplomacy?

With reference to your request for a copy of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Strategic Plan 2017- 2022, the DFA expresses its gratitude for counting the Department among your references for your study on Cultural and Public Diplomacy. However, the DFA regrets to inform you that the aforementioned plan is a confidential internal document meant to guide the Department in the pursuit of its mandate. The DFA is therefore constrained in releasing the contents therein to the public.
