Hello!

A Japanese citizen who is a friend of my aunt wishes to visit the Philippines easily for long periods of time since he is already retired.

Can we know what type of Visa should he get and what are the requirements and expenses we should expect?

If you can also direct us to someone we can inquire more about this online that would be helpful. Thank you!
