Hi,

I'd like to request for an expedite appointment for DFA Cebu. I'm a seafarer and I am due to board my ship on March 18 2021. I had an appointment online but it's for May 27 which is very late already . I have a copy of my seafarer book, passport and my plane ticket to support this request
