This is requested as part of my data collection for my thesis entitled "“Factors Affecting the Low Participation of Overseas Filipinos on Registration and Voting for Overseas Voting”.

Response to your request 

We have not received clearance from the concerned office to release your requested information despite numerous follow-ups. In this regard, we wish to refer you to Section 5.8 of the FOI Manual:
