Hi, Good day.

Its been so confusing that I filled Appointment to Lipa Robinson's, and they accepted my appoint in the system but then, when I go to that site they told me that its only for renewal, how about the payment. Its not refundable? How come it is? Yes po I know is my mistake, but how will use that 1250.00 pesos anyway if you can't refund it to the owner?

Hope you could help me with this.
