Good day, I would like to clarify about my suffix before applying for passport appointment. Should I follow what is written on my Birth Certificate or I follow the format of putting my suffix with my first name though it is not the same as written on my birth certificate?

On my birth certificate my suffix was written together with my last name. Thank you!
