Greetings! I would like to ask for a copy of the Position and Competency Profiles of all positions in your department. These may include the position, job description, qualification standards, salary grade, positions reporting to and supervised, duties and responsibilities, and required competencies. By ALL positions, I mean starting from the lowest rank in any office/agency under and/or attached to the department up to Secretary, whether contractual or permanent in nature. Such information will be used as guide for my career exploration as I approach college life. TY

Response to your request

Please be advised that the Department of Foreign Affairs abides by the Foreign Service Act of 1991 which identifies the competencies of its personnel and officers. Compensation scheme for those in the government service are regulated by the Department of Budget and Management while supervision and identification of core competencies are regulated by the Civil Service Commission. You may retrieve your requested information on the Foreign Service Act of 1991 from: https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/1991/09/19/republic-act-no-7157/
