Hi, I was informed by DFA Aseana branch that since my appointment date expired, I need to apply again a new appointment and pay again. They claim that it is in the agreement/terms condition before I scheduled the appointment that that will be the case if you missed an appointment. Is this binding to any memorandum of DFA ?
