Hi!

I would like to clarify about the requirements needed for renewal of passport. 

As per DFA Website the requirements needed for minor don't have  DSWD. 

Why during the renewal time DFA general santos city  are asking for DSWD permit. 
The dswd clearance are permit to travel.  
Our purpose is only passport renewal and not to travel.

Please be informed that in addition to the core requirements the DFA may request additional requirements. Note that some cases will require the application to be treated as a New Application rather than a renewal depending on the evaluation of the consular officer hence additional requirements may be required.
