I am Ian Pol D. Fiesta, currently assigned in CO Cotabato as Administrative Officer I (Cashier), and I am very interested to know more about the Department. May I humbly ask for the updated copy of DO19A-1995 which already includes the amended rules and regulations in the said DO?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, upon further evaluation of your request, please be advised that internal documents such as Department Orders, Implementing Rules and Regulations, Foreign Service Circulars, and Memorandum Circulars pertaining to the conduct and administration of Philippine foreign affairs is recognized in international law and in the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2, the Order which operationalized the right to information. Therefore, DFA is constrained by law from issuing copies of the subject documents to the public.
