1) The strategies and programs of promoting Filipino Culture within the Southeast Asian Region (can either be adapted from ASEAN plan or not)

2)Evidence of the effectiveness of the said strategy/program.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the National Commission for Culture and the Arts or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the FOI portal as they are the prime agency in charge of pursuing the country's cultural programs.
