Hi! I would like to request a refund for my Father's accidentally canceled passport appointment. Apparently, he assumed that to reschedule, the appointment has to be canceled first. It was an honest mistake and he's already old.

Please please please! refund the P1400, he needs it to book another passport appointment.

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment.
