Hello po! I am 20 years old, student of CSU po. Gusto ko lang pong mag ask about the requirements of PASSPORT (for new Applicant). Wala po akong VALID ID (e.g., PhilSys). Ano po ba ang imposibleng pwede kong dalhin? Para lang makapag-passport ako?
