Dear mam/sir,
I am Christopher Agacia, i was repatriated between august 19,2014 to august 21, 2014 due to crisis/war in Libya, i did not get police clearance due to safety issues before we left Libya. I am asking for assistance to get police clearance in Libya because I am already here in Philippines and it is impossible for me to get police clearance from Libya because I do not have any relatives or friends in Libya to ask for help.
I hope you read my message and respond as soon as possible.
