Hi is there any possiblities to request refund for my passport application, I cant go to the designated site due to relocation. its on Dasmarinas Site, Im in Bulacan now. Rescheduling of site would be appreciated. Please see below details for your reference.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to opcd.div2@dfa.gov.ph.
