I would like a list of Extradition Requests the Philippines has received from Australia and a list of Extradition Requests the Philippines has sent Australia, with the status of each Request, the alleged crimes the person was wanted for, and details of reasons given for any refusals by either Government.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance upon further evaluation of your request, please be advised that such are recognized in international law as restricted and treated as confidential and privileged, and are as well included in the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2, the Order which operationalized the right to information. DFA, therefore, is constrained by law from issuing copies of the subject documents to the public.
