why is it that your apostille appointment website is down " https://co.dfaapostille.ph/dfa/"? And when can i apply for an online appointment? Do you accept walk-in? Thank you.

In view of the current health crisis, only applicants who are fully vaccinated may walk-in; those who are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated have to secure an appointment.
