Hi, i would like to have an information

1. How to know if my passport is ready for release
2.working contact number of DFA for follow up
3.It is okay for me to travel in a wee hour and wait in line (for so many hours) in asenna,if is 100% sure that i can get my daughter passport. Its very saddening to travel so early and wait for so many hours just to hear them say that it not yet available.
