Hi! I would like to request for a digital copy of the May 2015 report dispatched by the Philippine Ambassador to France to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) detailing what Former DOH Sec. Garin did in Paris in 2015. 

This said report was used as a source of this ABS-CBN article by Gigi Grande (http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/12/07/17/an-evening-with-dengvaxia-makers-in-paris).
