Hi I am Jasmine Abdul Jabbar and I would like request  an appointment for authentication of my documents/apostille services at DFA Manila But with the system, I will not be able to book an appointment because of the website https://co.dfaaposttile.ph is not working
I tried to log in and secure a booking but I was unsuccessful I always  check it 10X-20x every day.
