Good day! I am writing this letter to address about my concern in appointing schedule for passport with booking id 00052023102500127, I accidentally booked the wrong Robinson Galleria in the passport booking appointment place and the schedule was today, I am sorry for the inconvenience but if I’d be happy to be refunded or rescheduled in the Department of Foreign Affairs in Cebu City, Philippines. Hoping for your kind assistance, I am a mere student and I need the passport as a requirement for my school to be able to have or take the OJT training.
