On behalf of our client PETRON CORPORATION (the “Company”), we are requesting from your esteemed office certified true copies of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman for Air Services.

This request is made in relation to the Company's administrative and judicial claims for refund of its erroneously or illegally paid excise taxes for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021, pursuant to 204(C) and 229 of the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) of 1997, as amended, in relation to Section 135 of the same Code.
