I refer to my letter of Nov 16, 2023 08:10:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Ratification of 2020 Asean Trade In Service Agreement.

Response to your request 

We have not received clearance from the concerned office to release your requested information despite numerous follow-ups. In this regard, we wish to refer you to Section 5.8 of the FOI Manual:

“Failure to notify the requesting party of the action taken on the request within the period herein provided shall be deemed a denial of the request to information.”
