Hi I would like to request information regarding my verification form of lost passport. I already filled up and  submitted on November 6, 2023 since I already call the DFA Cebu, they said wait for the reply for 3-5 working days. I would like to follow up for the reply so I can proceed my next process to acquire my passport.
