Hi, I would like to know how victims of illegal recruitment can obtain assistance through the ATN Legal Assistance Fund. Victims illegal recruitment have asked Consulates but have yet to obtain a clear response about what are the requirements, process, and standards for obtaining access to the ATN Legal Assistance Fund.

The fund is 1 billion pesos, are there any audits, accounting documents, or disbursement records that would show the utilisation of the fund broken down by different consulates/reasons?

Please provide recent information, the information the DFA's website is 6 years old.
