Good day Sir/Ma'am. I would like to get a refund from my cancelled application of passport appointment.

2. Aldrin S. Balagulan

Gcash number : 09817947467


Please Sir/ma'am I paid thru gcash a total of 2,300 pesos.. I cancelled it because I put wrong birth place.. I thought it was a present address. Thankyou..
