Good day! I would like to request data on the number of Filipinos imprisoned in Sabah, Malaysia for the last six years (2015-2021) along with the following details:

1. The distribution of imprisoned OFWs in Sabah according to sex
2. The distribution of imprisoned OFWs in Sabah according to crimes or violations committed

I will be using this data for an article I am writing on OFWs in Sabah. Thank you very much!

 “Privileged information relating to national security, defense or international relations... information, record, or document that must be kept secret in the interest of national defense and security... Diplomatic negotiations and other information required to be kept secret in the conduct of foreign affairs...”

The need to keep diplomatic communications inviolable is recognized in international law as well as in the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2, the order which operationalized the right to information.
