Hi! Good day. I would like to request an appointment for my brother so I could renew his passport. He is a minor and a PWD. I have tried booking him an appointment last week, Tuesday 3pm per the instructions on the portal when I scanned the QR code for Passport appointments, but as I was filling the required information, the site informed me that it's fully booked. So I waited another week. Today, Tuesday 3pm I tried again but it was fully booked at around 3:07.

My brother needs to go abroad so we can treat his disability. I hope you can help us on this matter.
