Dear Sir/Madam,
I took an Oath at the Philippine Embassy London on May 2016. But I may have lost or not even have acquired proof other than my passport, as even one of these documents (Oath of Allegiance, Identification Certificate and Order of Approval) is not my possession. Kindly please help me to acquire a copy even just an Oath so I can renew my passport. The Philippine Embassy USA New York accepts electronic copy which is convenient.
