My name is Moses Isaiah Palces, Defense Research Officer I of the Office opf Naval Strategic Studies (ONSS) of the Philippine Navy. I would like to ask for a copy of the DFA's Strategic Plan to be used as a general reference for our future research projects, studies, and policy recommendations so as to anchor them with existing strategic goals of the DFA.
