Good day! I am a 5th year architecture student from the University of the East-Caloocan, I’m currently having a research for my architectural proposal ASEAN CONSULATE: An Efficient and Unified Southeast Asian Ministry. Relative to this I would like to ask your good office the following datas: 
1.	Process of getting a visa.
2.     Process for renewal of passport.

Please note that if you are a Philippine passport holder who wishes to get a visa for travelling abroad, you need to check the embassies’ website for proper guidance and information, as the DFA has no jurisdiction over other countries’ issuance of visa. 

Your Right to Request a Review
If you are unhappy with this response, you may request us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to opd.div2@dfa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will then conduct the review and advise you of the result within 30 calendar days from the date we received your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
