Good day! I am a 5th year architecture student from the University of the East-Caloocan, I’m currently having a research for my architectural proposal ASEAN CONSULATE: An Efficient and Unified Southeast Asian Ministry. Relative to this I would like to ask your good office the following questions and data: 
1.	Is it possible for the ASEAN countries to be unified in a government complex? (Every countries will have their specific offices)
2.	Is there laws for ASEAN in this kind of project? What is the laws?

Upon evaluation, we have found that your request does not qualify under FOI and is therefore denied.
