You asked for a copy of your Lost Passport and visa.

Response to your request

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. 

For passport concerns, you may wish to contact the Office of Consular Affairs at:

Please note however, that the DFA does not have a copy of your visas. You may wish to coordinate with the Embassies which issued your visas.

Your right to request a review

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
