Hi, I would like to request if possible my printed LTO Drivers License is accepted for DFA Passport Application. LTO releases printed DL only due to shortage of ID/Card. I urgently needed to apply DFA Passport.

Please also advise if certification from LTO, proving my drivers license is valid, is accepted. Thank you!
