Hi DFA,
This is Herwin Enriquez resident of Marikina City, I'm male Solo Parent, I paid my daughters passport apps online last Dec. 2022, but on the time of the appt there's an issue processing my Daughters passport and needed her Mom (unfortunately it's been 10yrs I don't have contact with her). We given a deadline until March 9, 2023, but we're unable to make it because there's lot of documents and legal process needed. Can I ask for a refund/credit or and extension for me to settle all needed legal docs for my Daughters passport apps.

Hoping for your kind considersation.
Kind Regards,
Her
