Hi Sir/ Maam,

I would like to clarify if there is a Passport Renewal Schedule made under my name, since I am planning to get the said appointment through your website and I cannot proceed since the system is saying that I made an appointment prior and it needs to be cancelled.

Kindly help me with this issue since I need to renew my passport ASAP.
