hello inquire lng  mgkakaproblema ba ako pg ang nasa  birth certificate ko is hindi match sa  online appointment ko  sa dfa    nilagay ko ang complete name ng parents ko sa  online appointment while in my birthcerticate   is  kulang ang name at wala sla middle initial  ng pagawa na ako ng joint affidavid for that    iaacecpt ba ni dfa ito
