Sir/Ma'am:

1. I would like to ask your good office for an answer to our inquiries. 
Filipino citizens are anxiously waiting for an available appointment slots for a few months now.

2. They said October slots are yet to be opened. But upon checking on their website, it says "NOVEMBER SLOTS ARE YET TO BE OPENED".

3. Does it mean slots are already booked in just a span of seconds?
