You asked for CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES OF AGREEMENTS.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. However,the only document that is available in our inventory is the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Philippines concerning Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments (July 20, 1992). 

You may proceed at the General Records and Archives Division located at the Basement of DFA Building, 2330 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City to process the requested documents from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday. You may contact the archivists of the DFA Archives at archives@dfa.gov.ph and/or 8834-3981. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to opcd.div2@dfa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
