Dear DFA,
I would like to beg and kindly request your kind office to extend a slot for my passport renewal in Cebu.
I am a mother and I left my 4 years old son with my in-laws in Zimbabwe. I specifically came home to renew my passport as we don’t have any Philippine Embassy or Consulate there. I know this may not sound emergency for you but being a mother away from her kid is a huge sacrifice, especially having to think when I will be able to be with him again. I am trying with faith and grace that you will hear me out. Thank you so much and looking forward.
