Your request You asked for Passport appointment refund. Response to your request Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment.
